Privacy Policy (MemoThread)

Scritas LLC ("we", "our") provides the MemoThread app ("the App"). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.

1. Notes Content

The App stores your notes (threads and messages) locally on your device. We do not transmit, store, or view the content of your notes on our servers.

2. Advertising (Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK)

The App uses Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) to display ads. When ads are shown, Google may collect and process information for ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention.

Examples of data that may be collected/processed by Google include:

Advertising ID (AAID) or similar identifiers
IP address (and derived general location such as city/region)
Device information (model, OS version, language, network type)
Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks) and diagnostics

Note: Data collection and processing are subject to Google's policies and may vary by region and user settings (e.g., personalized vs. non-personalized ads).

3. Sharing with Third Parties

We do not sell your notes content. However, when AdMob is enabled, data described above may be shared with/processed by Google as part of ad delivery.

4. Your Choices

You can reset or delete your Android Advertising ID in Android settings (availability depends on Android version).
In certain regions, you may be shown a consent dialog for ad personalization. You can change your choice if such an option is provided by the consent UI.

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country).

プライバシーポリシー（MemoThread）

Scritas LLC（以下「当社」）は、当社が提供するアプリ「MemoThread」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシーを定めます。

1. メモ内容について

本アプリは、利用者が入力したメモ（スレッド・メッセージ）を利用者端末内に保存します。当社は、本アプリを通じてメモ内容を当社サーバーに送信・保存・閲覧することはありません。

2. 広告（Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK）について

本アプリは、広告表示のために Google AdMob（Google Mobile Ads SDK）を利用します。広告の配信・測定・不正防止等の目的で、Google が情報を収集・利用する場合があります。

Googleにより収集・利用され得る情報の例：

広告ID（AAID）等の識別子
IPアドレス（および市区町村/地域などの大まかな位置情報として推定される情報）
端末情報（機種、OS、言語、ネットワーク種別など）
広告に関する利用情報（表示・クリック）や診断情報

※収集・利用の詳細は、地域やユーザー設定（パーソナライズ広告の有無等）により異なる場合があります。

3. 第三者提供について

当社は、利用者のメモ内容を販売しません。なお、AdMobを利用する場合、上記の広告関連情報が広告配信の仕組みの中で Google に提供/処理されることがあります。

4. 利用者の選択肢

Androidの設定から広告IDをリセットまたは削除できます（Androidバージョンにより表示が異なる場合があります）。
地域によっては、広告のパーソナライズに関する同意画面が表示される場合があります。表示される場合は、同意画面で選択を変更できます。

5. 児童の利用について

本アプリは、13歳未満（または各国で定められる最低年齢未満）の児童を対象としていません。
